Justin Vinkler is General Manager, Ohio and Michigan, at Integra. He joined Fulton & Associates in 2018 (acquired by Integra in 2021) after earning his bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University. At the time, he was charged with leading the operations efforts for the organization. Justin prides himself in all aspects of the business from sales to finance to project management.
Justin is customer focused, and his passion has always been to deliver an excellent product and customer service. This communication with customers as well as field technicians has allowed him to grow in industry knowledge quickly.
A recent member of 7×24 Exchange, Integra was formed when Fulton & Associates in Cleveland, Ohio, and Neudorfer Engineering in Seattle, Washington, came together. There have been seven other acquisitions since then. Integra’s extensive national testing network is comprised of over 350 trained professionals with experience, industry related certifications, and accreditations earned from the most respected certifying bodies in the built environment.
How did Justin get involved in mission critical spaces?
Justin’s attention to project scopes and details allows Integra’s mission critical clients to be confident that all projects will be handled properly. This has secured repeat business with our clients. Thanks to Justin’s mission critical experience, he understands the end goal of the customer to set them up for success. Some architects GC’s are not always mission critical experts, so Justin is able to guide them from a design review standpoint on what to look for. This helps expedite the report review process to ensure construction timelines are met and top-notch customer service. Justin and his team have been the reliable source for many of the top technology companies in the United States.
Involvement in mission critical and 7×24 Exchange
Integra is committed to helping ensure proper testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning within their HVAC, building automation and fire/life safety systems work per design specifications. Justin has personally been involved in the design review, estimating and execution of some of the largest mission critical space construction throughout the United States for some of the largest tech companies to date.

An Active Life
In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. Justin is a diehard Cleveland sports fan, and enjoys golfing as well. When he is able to get away from the office, Justin and his family enjoy vacationing in Florida.
