Juli Ierulli is an award-winning marketing leader and innovator with more than 20 years of marketing and business transformation experience. She is known for driving growth and maximizing operational excellence while exceeding financial goals. Since joining Caterpillar, she has held numerous global positions in Electric Power, Large Power Systems and eCommerce. Currently she is an eCommerce Operations and Customer Care Manager for two of Caterpillar’s ecommerce platforms. She came to the industry while in Electric Power 12 years ago and has been engaged ever since.
In 2010, Juli was invited to become part of the Board of Directors of 7×24 Exchange as a Vendor Representative. Since then she has also been the Marketing Director and now serves as Vice President of 7×2 Exchange International.
Juli has always been passionate about problem solving and making a difference which drove her to develop two important industry initiatives that she also leads.
The WiMCO® Women in Mission Critical Operations community helps to address a lack of women in the industry. It started with a table service for eight and now there are 10 communities throughout the US within the 7×24 Exchange Chapters and growing.
