Dick is a nine year veteran of EMC, responsible for Enterprise Product Marketing and Data Center Energy Efficiency. He has devoted considerable time to education and research on IT efficiency and energy strategies, spending time with customers in North America, Asia and EMEA. He has presented on Data Center Energy Efficiency at a number of industry events, including the Advisory Committee to the Congressional Internet Caucus, The National Conference on Data Center Infrastructure, the Technology CEO Council and the United Nations IT Infrastructure Conference.
Dick is a frequent spokesperson on IT efficiency and energy topics for EMC. Dick has more than twenty years of IT experience including Enterprise Systems, Consulting, Technology Education, Services and Marketing. Prior to joining EMC, Dick was Director of Business Development at Polaris Service and managed IT services at Harvard University. Dick is a US Air Force veteran, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Harvard University.
