Mike serves as the project manager for Process Improvement for Turner Construction Company. He is responsible for defining and incorporating manufacturing and management principles of the Toyota Production System and teachings of Dr. W.E. Deming to Turner's operations. Mike has been highly involved in the development of the modular data center for Turner. His experience in manufacturing and the associated supply chain solutions enable him to challenge the existing construction paradigm. Mike holds a degree in Marine Systems Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and a master of science degree in Manufacturing Technology and Applied Mechanics from the University of Rhode Island.
