Henk Wiering is working mainly in Europe as asset and value developer for several companies. He is CEO and owner of the company Parthes BV, based in Holland. The Parthes BV website writes down the following about him:

Within the company, an impressive level of experience has been established over the last 20 years.

Henk Wiering has distinguished himself as both developer and manager of SIG Real Estate in Groningen, and later in his career with TCN Property Projects in a similar role. During this period, many office buildings, industrial buildings as well as industrial- and science parks were developed and built through the leadership of Henk Wiering.

Glaring examples of this are the Fresh & Food Center on the industrial area "Euvelgunne" and the "Zernike Science Park", both in Holland.

The Fresh & Food Center on the industrial area "Euvelgunne" is a thematic development regarding to the storage, distribution and processing of potatoes, vegetable and fruit. All halls of the nearly 20,000 m2 complex are cooled by groundwater and have a very high degree of isolation and sustainability .

The "Zernike Science Park" is the name for the campus of the University of Groningen. Since 1992 Henk Wiering has constantly been working on the development and growth of a full-fledged business area on this impressive university campus. Nowadays there is about 30,000 m2 of business complexes reception buildings, office buildings and high-quality industrial buildings developed by Wiering. The interaction and collaboration between Science and Business has thus been given a major boost.

Special focus areas included the development of datacenters for the 'fortune 100 internet companies'. Henk Wiering's leadership efforts in this area of development, propelled the significant growth in the economy of the Northern region of Netherland's through his many real estate projects in ICT-development. Included in this development are the establishment of a new backhaul solution fiberoptic cable company "Northern Lightrail" and the construction and management of a landingstation for submarine cable systems in northern Europe.
