Dick is an eight year veteran of EMC, responsible for Marketing Enterprise Solutions, and Data Center Energy Efficiency. He has devoted considerable time to education and research on the energy topic, spending time with customers in North America, Asia and EMEA. He has presented on Data Center Energy Efficiency at a number of industry events, including the Advisory Committee to the Congressional Internet Caucus, The National Conference on Data Center Infrastructure, Storage Networking World, the Technology CEO Council and the United Nations IT Infrastructure Conference.
Dick is a frequent spokesperson on the energy topic for EMC and represents EMC on the Communications Committee of The Green Grid. Dick has more than twenty years of IT experience including Enterprise Systems, Consulting, Technology Education, Services and Marketing. Prior to joining EMC, Dick was Director of Business Development at Polaris Service and managed IT services at Harvard University.
